Dynamics/Simulate: I am receiving an error 13023 code when I import a file into Dynamics. How do I resolve this?

If you receive this error code 13023 or 13008 when importing a file into Dynamics, this means that there was an issue with the installation of Dynamics.

To correct this:

  1. Close all instances of Alibre and Dynamics.


  2. Open your Task Manager and verify that ALL processes of Alibre and Dynamics are closed.


  3. Uninstall Alibre Design and Dynamics from your computer.


  4. Email support@alibre.com for download instructions


  5. Right Mouse Click the .exe file as Run Administrator so the program will install properly.


  6. Once this is done you should no longer receive this error when bringing your files into Dynamics.
